We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your order. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your order you provide 48 hours' notice. This will enable us to continue to provide our clients with the highest level of products and services. Orders which are canceled with less than 48 hours of notification may be subject to a 50% cancelation fee. We understand that Special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 48 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.
